FS Class. Looks like Marine Stadium.

Yes. Basically a J production boat with an extra person and an engine height restriction. When I worked at Action Marine we built a few boats for this class. I did a couple of races in the "mechanics" seat in those things. Hated it! With that big club lower unit buried in the water they had a habit of going sideways with no warning.
There was an Evinrude dealer is South Miami by the name of Ed Mead. Ed rigged his FS class Hydrostream with full dual controls. He named the boat "Drivers Ed". He ran it like that a few times then sold the hull to Tommy Chandler.
J Production class. Definitely at Marine Stadium. Those big Hydrostreams were popular in this class. Very forgiving and pretty easy to drive. I think the Allisons were faster but harder to drive well. Olegator ran one of the 15' Hydrostreams in JP. Very fast. Called it " Ragged but Right"
