Ever since then the group has been kinda of spread out. Friday night we got some together on the patio in front of the bar. Its a great spot. You can bring your own or bring cocktails out from the bar. Would be a great place for us all to hang out and tell stories next time.
if you look at the back of the boat you see the blue sticker, says "barn find" on it, totally fitting! travis is a good guy, and was a mad dash to get it rigged and running before river ranch, and to to get gary's(garyfdny) 24 skater running with new power before river ranch as well, but we ended up having alot of electrical problems with it including having a stator go out, and 2 alternators fail, some things are just not meant to be. wanted to thank tom and gina for taking the time to set all this up, another great river ranch. we managed to make it to bs hill both days, even with the wind on saturday, and went with a bunch of friends with small boats as well. we stayed to the right after coming thru the lock and hugged the shoreline all the way around and cut thru some islands by bs hill, wasn't a bad ride.Quote:

I missed you all weekend again !! I never launched at the RR ramp because of all the chaos . I had a recent conversation with the management there and there will be some changes for next time so I hope everyone will comply . The frenzy going out of the RR canal for photos is over .Quote:

I bought an STV Pro Comp last October. Never driven it, Still haven't. Couldn't wait to do the RR this year. I guess I must have missed something. I got online and It was all ready over. I thought it would have been in June/July when its warm everywhere. Kinda weird to have it so close to spring when its so cold out still. Being I'm from MN. Hopefully next year.
