Im thinking slow smoke a couple and then brown em up on the grill at foleys. I might add apples for the fall theme. Might want to have a defibrillator standing by.

Go to publix buy the 2 pack, has like 2 half, slice the insides so the open up further put what u want in the middle wrap with bacon. Slow smoke is good and finish in oven so there isn't a over smoke

Booked a room last week. This is my first time so trying to get a schedule. I am staying with my in-laws in Port Richey Thursday night and driving up Friday morning. What time does everyone hit the water, so I will know what time I need to head up? Staying at hotel Friday night, so what time does everyone do the top speed run Sat morning?

Well as luck would have it. Other plans came up and I will not be able to go again! Maybe next year! Maybe a new motor next year too, 350 maybe 400hp! Here comes 70+! I know that's slow for this crowd! In the gulf/ocean that's moving.

There is a small boat ramp here. Some will launch there or just launch at the Fanning Springs Ramp and run down.
Everyone please be careful and dont motor around when people are making runs. Bring an anchor or raft up with someone who is anchored when spectating.
