1, 2 & 3 used to be reserved for Champions, High Points, Nationals or Regionals, and I forget what 3 was for. National High Points would be 1 US, Nationals winner 2 US, etc. 1 is still used for National Champion, haven't seen 2 or 3 used in recent times
