Great new site Mike.
Thanks to you and Geoff for putting together a nice package and build.
Lack of posting on my part has been health related, thereby putting much of my summer on hold.
I'll be back at it soon.

550-ish lbs on my boat, no motor. 350-ish on a minimal hull.
I'll be in the boat in September. Its just the way 2019 has gone.
I really like these boats and I'm looking for a tunnel that will fit in the garage on a trailer. I just wish it was a few feet longer! For both room and rougher conditions. Is there still a bigger version being considered?
No bigger version that I am aware of s_b. For the size of this boat, it probably can handle rougher conditions than any other boat its size.
Seating in the Biel tunnel hull is accommodating. The little boat has a big interior.
For the reputation the Biel boat has, and maybe due to Mr Demeanor's performance in his Biel tunnel hull, it could be a good time to have a sweet small boat.
Can someone post back w/overall length of rigged Biel including the trailer.
Want to know if a turn-key trailered Biel will fit in my storage facility or a single car garage.
Looks like a super cool little boat package.
18' hitch to prop burn1.
Excellent, thank you. Going to measure the garage when i get back into town.
I want one of these rigs..
Bad Ass!!!
Well after months of delay due to my health issues, surgery, rad, etc... I am back on it.
Motorcycles, bicycles, and of course, now, the Biel boat.
A great day today with Mike Biel. A true gentleman.
He got me up to speed today (and tomorrow also) learning his boat on Lake Havasu. Coming from a V hull small boat, I had to adjust.
Within the constraints of HP and mph, this boat flies! A mini rocket (and waiting for more).
Learning my throttle on, and trim, things came together. Responsive small boat.
Turning flat with Mikes boat vs a V hull is where I will improve. And throttle on through the bumps too. TRIM.
This boat accelerates & flies over chop, rollers... had some good airtime. And rippled glass this boat is smooth!
Lake Havasu gets busy and conditions on the lake deteriorated. But thats when the boat shined.
Mike likes the balance of the new boat. And I saw no problems. My mistakes were chopping the throttle at the wrong time or being off on trim. Minor really.
Its a great drivers boat. I hope Mike liked my throttle on style. Fun.
Mike and Geoff @ Twisted Liquid Marine built me a deluxe interior. Sits low and mean (in the cockpit). Killer cockpit and no signs of a small boat behind the steering wheel. Geoffs details on the build look good. No corners cut.
Of course a stripped basic Biel hull is not far away. Probably with minor improvements yet again. ;-)
I am working on pics, so be patient, although no killer action pics yet (my hope).
So... we know what the Biel Promise boat has to offer. And for now I own a simple runabout. I know there is more to come.
We are swapping out props tomorrow but I think the hp has its limits to much more mph (duh).
I will have a prop to cut down so we can get more rpm's out of it. Just getting about 4800 now and I would like to see its 5300-5500 redline.
Bring it on! Thanks Mike!
Couple of pics... Sorry nothing great.

Soon. Mike and TLM had done improvements to my mold and hull. There are continuing improvements coming which will make the next boat better than mine. These are for streamlining the build process basically.
And I believe 'bare bones' is still CG approved and with floors. Call Mike now and pick your bare bones color!!
May I also say when Mike is behind the wheel, his boat represents! 60 hp is 60 hp, but through chop, rollers, nailing turns Mike has his boat mastered. I learned a lot today. While I am OTG... I have some finesse to acquire. Still I wailed and floated through chop keeping it up lol.
Another fun day.
