Just waking up in the morning will be good. Aches and pains are more than last year—dizzy spills are something they are working on . In normal times the doctors would have gotten to the base cause and everything in the garden would be lovely.
Three month wait to have my ears “VACUUMED” unless i go PRIVATE ?????????
Now to a 20 year old, 3 months is no time at all because they have dozens or even hundreds of three months whereas to a 91 year old !!!!!!!!!.
First time ever —i have a hip thats a bit unpredictable , i keep stumbling on the left which is very tiresome and inconvenient —- folk think I’ve been drinking ! That in itself pisses me off enormously.
Had a wonderful time with two of my daughters and their kids last night at KIMS birthday bash.
listened to the hilarious banter that can only come from half a dozen grand kids . George flew in from San Francisco just for his mums birthday and back out again this morning, hows that for true love ?
Cake was well received and went down well, so that was a relief .
Back in the shop this morning, working on number 4 and 5 concepts —- would like to get them done and dusted before the end of the month.
No doubt about it , i am getting better at making concepts , plus i am not averse to letting my mind run free, This come s out in the latest one with stainless wings and steps etc.
I think you might like them. Have to get quite a few together for the 2023 OFF meeting and my little stall down at the Poker Run VIllage in Key West next November.

NUMBER 3 of 2023 coming along nicely—- couple of things left to do .
Number 4 will be an M-CON. YOU MIGHT LIKE THAT ONE But it’s a long way from being ready —maybe the end of the month;

Charlie ,you are an officially recognised “OLD FART” and therefore welcome to grace Palm City with your presence !!!!!!!!!!
All you have to do is fix it with the feds !!!!!!!!!Attachment 514798
Now there is a very interesting view of the “COSWORTH”. I had never seen this particular shot before !
Left to Right —-Malcolm TYRREL —-and the curly mop of hair is Ian [Hawkeye] Hawkins. They had more time on the boat than anyone else . [Even came to Parker with me !!]
Dick SCAMMELL i think was deeply involved —— almost saved me from wetting the DFV in Amsterdam - if i had been a bit more accurate with hitting the sling on the crane !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????who knows.

Indian gentleman came in and asked if i could make him an “HEIRLOOM” that he could pass on down to his children. I asked him what he had in mind , he told me “CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG” !!!!!! So made him this ——-NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN !!!!!!!!! So its still loitering under the bench .

That’s number 4 [might have ben a tad presumptuous thinking i could finish before the end of the month]!!!!!!!!!
...what a project that must have been...https://www.screamandfly.com/attachm...8&d=1674769137
became friends with Keith Duckworth when i went to buy his Brantley helicopter and wound up buying his LOTUS ELAN instead .
After spending four hours drifting around his ski lake [he was a very good and keen water skier] with MIKE COSTAIN , Keith came up with a “WICKED” plan to put a DFV motor in a tunnel boat .
This was all done and completed in six weeks at the COSWORTH factory in Northampton.
Full story is in “THE BOOK” if i ever get around to getting it finished — but it was put together by some of the worlds finest engineers in a very short space of time.
I supplied the boat ——stern drive —-propellors —-Trailer and a mechanic [BOB SAVAGE for the duration of the build] Cosworth’s did the rest.
Yes —it was one hell of a project and thoroughly enjoyed by all who took part.

Hard to believe that I’m the last man standing—-CEES—PERCY AND BOB died long before their time —-Alf always lived life to full and a bit more besides .
...everyone dressed sharply, so what/where was this shot taken?...https://www.screamandfly.com/attachm...6&d=1675012152
