Merc will probably say no but I bet it will.
Quick question on the 360, I know the compression went and Rev limiter went up but does anyone know what type of octane it will require. Just curious if it can make that much power still on 91 or 93 ocatane. If it can I think that is a great sign / proves a 350 ROS is possiable.
It’s rated for 91 octane.
So I missed a day .. I see we went to , model airplanes , electric boats "shocking if you like to swim" ... back to the poor motor with no place to go.
Yea change the PCM .. it's gotta all be locked in the black box . Intake , compression , exhaust ... cant have nuttin to do wiff it ... :nonod:

The new 360APX is $55k, no warranty, no lease program, available only to race teams. We will be running one on a new F1 with a few other Teams trying to revive F1 here in the USA.
Lol
Power ole boy ... you hit the nail on the head with that one .. Drop the mike , put a fork in this thread .. anything after that is just --->

Chaz, does the 300R have 300hp at the prop shaft? If so, 1 point in compression increase and spinning it to 7000rpm nets you 60HP?
Mid ,
A stock 300x makes 330 hp . The chickens pluckin out in the yard say .. :smiletest:
Aahhh , these new 300R motors will pick up and walk away from an X like it was sittin still ...
So to be fair, going off of that analogy .. the R has to be making 375 hp .. put a lil bump in compression , jack up the limiter .. yea , 360 sounds bout rite for the race version .. ;)
Ohh me ribs are hurtin now ... :D :D :D :D
