JPEROG Nothing like opening up a dead post but I saw on a previous post asking about the use of hand and foot throttles but it wasnt answered. I stepped aside from being involved when the production leader left and started his own operation. He was the guy that understood what needed to be done and would follow our request. There are 9 hulls in total that have been built and only four have been completely rigged. There are some good things coming with these hulls and I will let everyone know when the timing is appropriate.
There was a ton of interest in the boat but its quite simply a big STV of sorts. There is room for four people to sit down and fly about like a Euro for cockpit size. The boats are not a big water hull but rather a purpose designed river rocket and they are expensive to complete a build out with "as any new twin engine rig is". I can tell you that I have never driven a 28 foot boat with twin outboards that accelerates like these do.
