...yes, i do. hey...and while we're at it...lets change this, and...hey, lets change that...and so on... then the small parts molds have to be tooled...then hey, where we going to put all this new s h i t? what we we going to do with all this old s h i t? cut it up or store that s h i t too? hey, why isn't all the other s h i t get'n done? why didn't frank, sam & willy come to work today? go pick them up. no you go pick them up. yes, i was a baby sitter at one time too, lol. days turn into weeks. weeks turn into months. hey, why's the checkbook empty?
I found that if you pay the guys on mon or tue they come in to work a little more reliably. Pay on fri and they party all wknd and lay up for 1-2 days b4 coming back to work.
JPEROG Nothing like opening up a dead post but I saw on a previous post asking about the use of hand and foot throttles but it wasnt answered. So what all is involved and how were you planning on running hand and foot throttles on the 300Rs. Please list the parts that are needed or where this might be discussed. thanks
Does Fat Cat still have the molds or is anyone building any new 28s? I would have thought the Doug Wright designed 28 would have more interest / more built by this point.
I stepped aside from being involved when the production leader left and started his own operation. He was the guy that understood what needed to be done and would follow our request. There are 9 hulls in total that have been built and only four have been completely rigged. There are some good things coming with these hulls and I will let everyone know when the timing is appropriate.
There was a ton of interest in the boat but its quite simply a big STV of sorts. There is room for four people to sit down and fly about like a Euro for cockpit size. The boats are not a big water hull but rather a purpose designed river rocket and they are expensive to complete a build out with "as any new twin engine rig is". I can tell you that I have never driven a 28 foot boat with twin outboards that accelerates like these do.

These molds are now owned by Performance Powerboats "One of Performance Boat Centers product lines".
