Here is one I came across today on Craig's List in Kentucky. It is a 2002 with a 300XS on it. I don't know the boat but it sure looks clean. Check it out!

Here are some photos of an '06 22MTR with a 300X which I believe to be the first one built in Hill City, Kansas. MTR, another member had them in his gallery which I came across today. Does anyone know the boat or where it is today? Post it here.

MTR also had 3 photos of a 27MTR with 3-300Xs on it. I think that is the only triple 27MTR that I have ever seen. I would like to find out more about if anyone has any info, please post it here.

RocketmanI just came across some Cougar photos that MTR posted in his gallery and I am pretty sure that, that is your boat in the back ground being rigged. They had sent me photos of both of those boats when I was considering having a new 22MTR built.ThanksGary

Almost looks like Al's boat, he a beautiful 21 V Drive before that.

Does anyone know a source for the flat backed rub rail used on Cougars. Mine is a 2004 22 MTR and it has the flat aluminum rub rail that was powder coated white, of course all the powder coat is falling off. I've called Taco marine and searched online quite a bit but I guess Cougar fit the boats with a flat joint which is kind of rare.

I probably shouldn't keep both boats but I love em both and having the colors match is just kinda awesome. The sound of the twins is one of the best sounds I've ever heard and it's rock solid at 100+. Such a thrill to drive. :cheers:

Thanks for the pictures. It sure looks like mine. 245 Nikasil powerhead is built. Never got a chance to run it this past season. Also building a carbureted 225 ProMax powerhead this winter. Hoping for a good season in 2019! I love this boat!
