Is that the jacket Bob Norscog used to wear? He always had a distinctive posture in a boat and always wore a giant life jacket. Remember the parachute jackets? They were supposed to get you away from the boat and drop you in the water feet first face up. Never saw one deploy so I don't know if it worked.
