Not 100% sure but I think this is W.H.Hill (the one in the life jacket). He used to race for Anderson boats. He later switched to Chrysler engines and went to the Salton Sea race and got hurt really bad in his twin Chrysler powered Power Cat. Crippled for life-now deceased.Quote:
