Had somebody from Indiana asking after the PEARL OF THE EAST SILVER GHOST ROLLS ROYCE .
This one has one of the most interesting histories of any ROLLER ever built.
trouble is—its been kicked around from arseholes to breakfast time over the last two years , all the firepower [PURDEYS AND REMINGTONS] HAVE BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT]. SO I SPENT THE DAY DOING A BIT OF TIDYING.

A very good friend of mine from Holland commissioned this, she wanted “Something different and unusual“ —- i came up with this —Birth of a nation —- 15 years on and Tini is sill happy with it . I understand she is selling the House overlooking LAC DU THAU in BOUZIGUES . Sculpture is going back to Holland .

Won quite a few races with this one —— all timber —beautifully finished in BLACK AND WHITE With a clear lacquer deck. Had a 2 litre BDG — never did know the horsepower ——- adequate is the term I’m looking for . Sold it to John [NIC_NICK} Nicholsen.

Steve Cheeseman was married to my eldest daughter Sandra.
He had two kids and a black and white collie called Sam. „“ Bootsie“. Employed Sam on the proviso that Steven would be his boatbuilder .
Sam was rescued from a farmer in Surrey who kept him tied to a post outside with no kennel.
Chris Hodges was with them at the time .
Strange are the connections found between people in the powerboating community. Just saying!!!
