guy wants ta know if tha opti plates will work ona normal 200 efi/carb motor....

Large hole is for compressor cooling and the small hole a dump, I think.

thought production opti's had two piece plates???
Some do and maybe it's more like most do but some are 1pc. I have 3 Optis one of which is a 3.0 (on a 1pc plate) and the other 2 are 2.5. The 200xs is on a 1pc plate and the 135 is on a 2pc plate.

Thank tlwjkw for putting this question out there for me, also thank everyone for this advice. So I have found a set off of a 99 135 hp opti. The guy wants to sale them for 400 bucks. Is this a fair price. Also what do you use to plug hole. Looks like freeze plugs. And will these adapt to my 1988 200 mid tuner with out issues?
