New Shop Going Up Soon!
It's been a tumultuous time for me the last two years. All kinds of stuff both personally and professionally. Divorced, my partner in my shop walked out on me, my "real job" has been much more demanding than ever before (probably the reason for the first two things), it has just been crazy. And then the Covid hit.
I've had a pretty good deal on my shop space and I thought that I had that ironed out through the end of the year. Well, stuff happens. I've been asked to clear out. Luckily I am in a position to do something about it!
Hopefully (weather permitting) concrete is being poured next week. My new shop should be up within the next three weeks. The building has been ordered! I won't have nearly as much space but it will be MINE!!!
I have some time off scheduled for the first week in November so I should have everything moved by then. Hopefully everything will be up and running again in the Spring!

Keep adapting man. This world keeps you on your toes. Never a dull moment in 2020...

All joking aside, good for you.
Always glad to hear that someone works hard and does well for them self. Not easy to do today. Too many barriers to entry.
What business are you in?

“Too many barriers to entry”
that’s something that has to change. It should be easy to open a business

I bought a 2004 Excursion from a friend of mine with a dealer license in December. It was trashed and so nasty inside that no one wanted to mess with it. It had tobacco juice overflowing out of the cup holders into the carpet. I cleaned it up and got it back into shape. I had about $2500 invested. I ended up getting back my ex-wife's truck that she was awarded in the divorce. She didn't want the payment. That truck was financed in my name and she couldn't afford to get it put into her name. I sold the Excursion to pay for the new shop and now I'm driving her old truck. Not ideal but I'm trying to make the best of a bad situation!!!

I know it takes along time to fully recover from divorce sometimes, financially, mentally and settle into the change.
On a good note if your new shop will be at your house then you will be able to get alot more done. Good luck with everything josh. Hope it all turns out for the best fer ya!!
