The original aluminum style?
Yes
I don't believe you can buy that style anymore. I ended up having a local fab shop form some out of sheet metal. It looks the same from 5'. I've only had them do a prototype so far and haven't done the whole boat yet. The trick is going to be forming it around the hull. I could cut off a chunk and mail it to you so they could pull measurements if needed.
Original on the left, new on the right.

You can’t buy direct from taco marine but I bought Taco rubrail for my old 69 CM project thru rubrail.com. Taco is the only place that I could find to match the original aluminum rail. Might be worth calling them.... One thing to watch out for is they can’t ship FX/UPS if the piece is longer than 10’ and truck freight is $$$.
I believe they are at least 20' I use to drive to Miami with a trailer.
The trick with the original style rail is that to install it properly you have to split the boat. It's riveted to the bottom of the hull from the top before the cap is put on. The rail was wrapped around from the front and down the sides, the cap was slid forward under the lip, then the parts that wrap up to the transom were riveted from the outside.
The rail is no longer produced, almost impossible to remove intact, and even more difficult to reinstall correctly. Unfortunately the black rubber stuff is the best replacement if your original is missing or damaged...
Does the Rub rail offer any type of fastening the deck to the hull??
I know of a few people including me that used a 1/4 to 1/2 vinyl rubrail from McMaster Carr.
If you haven't found any yet, I've had luck with more obscure designs with these guys. https://www.integritymarinecorp.com/
