Looking for 70's drag boat info
My Friend Tom Greer passed away earlier this year & I've been searching for a photo of his boat ever since to hang on the shop wall. Der Furor (yes correct spelling) ran under the NDBA class blown fuel hydro in the early 70's & won many races at Long Beach & Oakland Marine Stadiums. Hotboat database lists it as #310 Howard hull w/426 & driver Gary Scow. I've looked online using every search criteria I can think of & am only finding text no photos. The only photo I have is this race poster from 1973 & the graphics guy can't do anything with it. If the name sounds familiar, Tom owned the Greer, Black & Pruhdomme front motor dragster in the early 60's. Any help locating a photo of his boat would be greatly appreciated & not looking for something for nothing. Thanks for reading along.
