Thanks StokerNick for the company today at the ice race near Scandaga NY. I hope the drive up was worth the ride for a few laps. Definately a lot of fun sliding sideways at 50.

IMHO he did alright, kinda just like he drives the Allison, foot to the floor board, steering left, right, left, right, and the luxury of heated leather seats while everyone else is outside freezing their azz off!Well worth the trip, followed you home as far as Mayfield, hope your trip home was uneventful!Kind of cool seeing the town snowplow/dumptruck at the ramp through the ice with a load of sand, and the races are always a hoot. There's talk they'll be here @ Caroga so a return visit is in order.Would be closer than Wells.

Matt races modified and sportsman at fonda during the summer. When they kept there car at his dads I used to help turn wrenchs. Now they keep it at BBL's shop where brother Mike wrenchs all day on it. His other brother Mark works at BBL also. That ice racer is a sprint car with a Buick alum. 215(last I knew any way), there limited to a certian C.I.. I herd he was going about 130 down the straights or so. I know Matt has about a 25' Baha with a big block in it. He rarely gets to use it though.

Mike and Mark run VW Rabbits on the ice too.I don't know if he could go 130 on the courses they set up on ice,it's a more steer, countersteer type track! He does haul azz and usually laps most of the field!:p
