detwiler jackplates

somewhere in the move from maryland to port charlotte i lost my instalation instructions. can someone e- mail them?
plus which side of the jackplate goes against the transom,pump side or plate side?
any help will be appreciated

found the manual in my backup refridgerator :eek: was putting things everywhere during the move.
1 question,they show a tiller arm like thing in the teleflex turn signal instalation guide. i can't find this on the plate,is it an aftermarket?
