Prop question

I have one of these props, it needs work as some of the blades aren't in the best of shape and I am trying to figure out if it's worth putting any $$$ into it. It's a yamaha 18 pitch, ventilated prop. Boat is 18' CC, 2800#, 115 yammie with the typical bolt on mods, currently running 45mph at 6000 rpm. I've tried the one I have, it seems to really lift the bow and like being run 1-2" higher than my current michigan wheel ballistic 17. But it will only run approximately 42mph at 5500

Any thoughts on the prop itself? I got the prop for a great price, trying to see if it's worth putting any $$$ in it.
