You probably already know this. Its about 1 inch down on the scroll bar

When I was researching Impact Vests, back in about, 1995, Mustang Survival, was the one of the only manufactures at the time.
They did not mislead me into thinking this thing would prevent injury, yet they were firm that it would stay on me at 100 mph impact with the water.
THUS the Term "100 mph Impact" rated! Pretty simple!
