Does anyone have a formula or know the amount to shave the stock heads to get to 34-35cc?

Also just spoke to Sean at Rapair and they can remove the rev limiter from a stock CDM module for $150

The latest model's should have o-ring sealed heads. They are harder to cut because the o-ring groove will have to be machined back into them. Your best option is to find a set of gasketed heads that are already 34-35 cc's.

Jay Smith probably has some already cut or you can find a stock set and have them cut to the desired cc. He does excellent work on cutting heads.

Gasket heads or non O-ring are the way to go. Jay Smith does cut heads and will sell you some with no core. You can also find them in misc. parts for sale. I bought a set off RL already cut. I just found out today also that rapair works on the cdm ignition.
