I was in Old Town today for Thanksgiving at Debbie's parent's place. I stopped at the boat launch at Fanning (I assume that's Joe Anderson launch). I can't believe how low the water is! Just a couple months ago, it was really high, now it's already low. Debbie's dad has lived there all his life, and said this is the fastest he's seen it drop. At least you won't have to worry about floating logs. The ramp is pretty much washed out on the downriver side, but the upriver side has nothing wrong with it.

I saw my dad and Ed M., both told me to tell you hello. They also both overwhelmingly agreed that you are the best v-bottom drive to ever race a boat. Followed up by you were the only guy they ever raced against that would kick everyone's butt in a v-bottom, get out and then kick everyone's butt again in a tunnel.

Then one told a story about a drivers meeting where you asked who was racing for the first time. A couple guys raised their hands and you told them they needed to tape a big white X on the back of their helmet, so you would know who not to drive over the top of... "the rest of you guys are out of luck." :D :D :D

I'm with you on the fishing motor 'gator. Almost as fast and three time the gas milage !! My stock 200 with a 30" ET 2 people and 20 + gallons = 97.7. The best part is 70 miles on less than 10 gallons. Lookin' forward to seein' you and the GT 20 soon. That's one too keep ! Mike
