Kissimmee River question

Thinking about taking the family for a ride down the Kissimmee River to River Ranch , I have only taken the trip once, not sure if I can remember how to get there, is the water way marked?????

The News Gazette had an article in it last weekend or the weekend before about the south lock being closed because of water levels down south. You might want to check on that first.

I grew up and worked at River Ranch thru most of the '70s, had a very nice marina then. The river had been dredged and was very easy to navigate. How is it now? Sometimes I wish I were there.

You mite try calling River Ranch. There "use to be" a couple of other camps down there but the comunist ba$tards closed them down last year.
