I'm reassemblying my reed cages to the reed plate and noticed there is an "0"
on one side of each block and a "notch" inside of one of the seven ports of the cage opposite side of the "0".I believe they alternate but not sure which way they start? The service manual has no information on this and i really don't want to screw anything up!! Looking at the intake side, which side will the 0 and the notch be on when the assembly is installed?

Thanks Stoney!

The reed block will mount either way , I dunno what the "O" your refering to means BUT I bolt em up as they lie !

FYI:
Be carefull torqueing the attachment 1/4" X 20 bolts of the reed plate to the cage. They are fragil and will break and or crack on the corners or you can flex them so that the reed looses thier seal ! I apply red loctite to the thread , tighten with 1/4" tools until the cage contacts the gasket then turn 1/4 turn more and call it good !

Good luck !
