While we're on the subject of radical boats--- such as the Daytona 21 with triple 300 drags and 150hp nitro kits--- YIKES!

Wasn't there an article in Bass&Walleye boats where they put twin 260's on a Charger bass rig? I remember getting the issue a few years ago and one of my so called buddies hiested it off me and I never got to finish the reading and drooling.

Just currious if anyone has the article and could post it. It'd be great to complete it after hummm, four or so years now.

about that but I do remember when they put 2 Super Mag Mariners on a 22 foot Champion Bass Boat. Twin 225's I think it was....

Seems to me the boat ran in the mid 90's and accelerated pretty good according to the article....

Yep, that's the rig and if I remember-- it was put together for the article only. I'd like to find out for sure though.

Thanks,

RUSS...

is CORRECT...funny thing they never really said how out-rite fast the thing was...

I would suspect it may have had some stern heavy problems...cause the mounting brakets looked heavier then the motors!!
