Well I'm getting closer and closer to a complete boat. I've got a 10' Dux D-300 tunnel hull inflatable and my 25hp Yamaha 2-storke, 15" shaft, tiller steer, electric start outboard is on its way. I have yet to try the engine with stock prop and may just get it cupped when I do. But failing that does anyone have a prop recomendation for this boat and motor?
I've been looking at the "Turbo Hotshot" at:
http://www.soderbloom.com/turbohotshot.html
it appears Yamaha props are available in:
10 1/8 X 10
10 1/8 X 12
10 1/8 X 13
10 1/8 X 14
10 1/8 X 15
I'm a newbie so I have no idea which prop would be right for me. With engine and full fuel my Dux weighs in at only 234lbs, add 140lbs for me and we're at 374lbs. I will of course ocassionally carry passengers and may want to pull a skier.
What do you think?

You can use for speed one cleaver prop. 10.5 x 19P ; 20P; 21P with 10 splines . The engine set 7" Up . The max. speed can be 55-60 mph .
I'm looking for one 10.5 x 21(22) cleaver (14 splines ).

got your email adrian.. no need to apologise... I ahve been fighting prop battles with a 13' tunnel called an AKSANO that uses a 50 hp and runs 50-60 mph.. what I had to do was get EVERY prop that they built, POUND revlimiters untill it Just droped below it THEN it wouldnt get on plane.. and so had to take pitch out... back and forth untill I found a prop that worked... 25 props later I found a rehubbed OMC SST 15 Pitch worked the best for me in my aplication... so that is why I said try the stock one first just to see where the RPM is and every inch of pitch is 200 RPM or so..... small boats with small motors are a BIOTCH to setup and run right... also Merc makes an 18" chopper for the 25 hp engines... maybe an ET cut on one of those would work for him...

,,For pulling anything"...even 250 hp can be small ...With 25 hp the top speed can be 58-59 mph ...
For speed I use one cleaver and the engine set UP 7'',and for sky -one aluminium prop 10.5 x12''...with the engine down .

Adila,
How many skiiers do you pull with that cleaver?
We are talking about 2 entirely different boats! An inflatable catamaran has a lot more drag than your fiberglass toy.

With one aluminium propeller 10.5x12 I can pull only one skier ...(175 lbs)
...and with my cleaver...meantime I've don't test pulling ,I tell the truth!...maybe push . Sorry !
can you read again!? ... ,,aluminium 10.5x12- 4 ski" ...and cleaver 4 speed!

Save your money, don't buy the Turbo Hot Shot. With my Yamaha 2006 Hydrotec modded 25 2 stroke 2 cyl I used a 12" pitch on my 17'6 x 6' flats skiff 350# on a jack plate at 19 1/2" high on 16" transom and it would not hook up as good as the power tech SRA 3, 12". Lots of cavitation/blowout, but it did run 1 mph gps faster when hooked. Hot Shot 6500 rpm @ 34 gps, Powertec 5850 rpm @ 33 gps. my experience on a fishing boat.
