I was thinking about iling my garage, but was concerned about oil/gas or something eating the tile. What kind did you use, commercial tile? What about glue, standard tile glue? My other option is to paint it with epoxy.

Is the urinal the window or the drinking fountain?

I just did my garage with black and white tile 3 weeks ago.
Yours looks a little nicer, though. I used 12" Armstrong VCT tile.
Thought about epoxy, but is more work and not as durable.

Hardest part was getting the floor clean. Years of dirt and oil had to be removed. Oh yeah, did it in one day and my freakin' knees killed me the next day. Gotta use pads!

The VCT (vinyl composition tile) is commercial grade that resists gas, oil, dog piss, whatever. Also does not dent too easily, and cheap and easy to replace if one does get damaged.

I have joked with my wife that the urinal is next, but I did get the white baseboard and crown molding. Painted the cinder blocks white, the sill plate, doors, and shelves gloss black. The walls are semi-gloss light green.

TV swivel bracket on the wall next, as well as stereo system that the wife has banished from the house.

Need to find a place for a parts washer and small fridge for the beer.

Balzy, you got a sink, what do you need the urinal for? Multi-purpose fixtures save space. :D

When you tell the hotel clerk that you've got a leak in the sink, and they say OK, go ahead. :D

Wow! Crown molding in the garage. Now that's class! Next you'll be telling us about the crystal chandlier hooked up to your garage door opener which in turn starts up the surround sound stereo system playing Hail to The Chief! You guys are too much, but I love it.

that reads "WHEN I AM PISSED OFF AT JANET ROOM" There is a two car attached to the front of the shop with a 16' insulated door between them. 1350 square feet total. I am sure we could find room for your Talon.:D :D

...those $50K 'Garages', eh Balzy? I made the
mistake of having my builder break out the cost
of my measly oversized attached 3-car (26x32). The cost of the concrete alone made me cringe. I burned that break out sheet before the wife saw it.

Enjoy the new play room, buddy!!!

The 5 car was already there attached. Bought it that way. 3 year old house. Guess there's not a lot of nuts like us in Kiel in the market for a house right now and that's why I got a pretty good deal on it. Nobody wanted a 5-car garage. What's wrong with these people? They gottsa be the ones that are nuts !!!!!!!!!!

With heat, sink, urinal? Damn, that's almost bigger than my first house total sf.

I have the subdivision 2 car garage that barely fits 2 cars (trucks), or a boat and a car. (with shortened trailer tongue.)

Next house I am setting the priorities right. On the water, with a 3 car garage. If any money left over, then we'll worry about how nice the rest of the house can be.

That garage is too nice to do any work in. Heck I'm just happy to finally have a garage. I haven't gotten around to decorating it. Someone tried to at my New Year's Eve party. Took MY red spray paint and painted a Chevy Bowtie on the back wall, right behind my '71 Charger. Guess who was painting their garage wall New Year's day.
