We are going to try for another day trip on Saturday Oct. 15th. Due to gas--or the lack of :eek: --we are planning on using the Gronto Springs ramp, so we can make it all the way to the Ichetucknee. We'll probably meet at the BBQ place in Chiefland that morning about 9:00-10:00.

Last weekend I took my Dad ( 78 ) for a ride from Fanning to the Santa Fe and back and the level was low with lots of exposed sandy spots to stop and water down if you want to . I don't know how long it takes for Ga. rain events to make it down but I would say its going to be perfect ! See you Sat. !!
