21' eliminator prop heigth?

I was playing with different heights last summer and thought i found a good height for top end which i think was about 2'' above the pad.I wound up snaping a propshaft on my sportmaster.Was this just a coincidence or was i running it too high and stressed the shaft.I lowered it 1'' and don't move it from there.

Switch to the big shaft and jack it back up.

if rough water is your fancy go big ,i have cle's on my 23 daytona and havent had no issues like that i am also 2" above change gear lube every 10 hrs. in the rough we go 60/80 and dont push it cause the spacing in 3 foot waves. weelies are bad also
