Be more specific. What kind of 2.5? A stock 200 fishing motor?

Mods for mods, the 2.5 will always have the upper hand - in acceleration due to cubes, and top end due to the liner. Modded BP versus 260 - I'd still take the 260.

A Mod 2.5 will eat a 2.4 Bridgeport alive.

I have a low hour 2.5 200 with 7 pedle reeds that needs a piston and rod. Its complete all electronics. It will drop on your leg. i was going to put it on my stream. Now I have no use for it. call me if your interested.
