Last race of the year this weekend. I found cracked exhaust plate Sunday. Shot an e-mail to Steve Heintz and then was able to get ahold of Randy Pierson at GPI. Randy went out of his way and overnighted me a plate yesterday. When I got to work Monday morning Steve called me and said he would overnight me one also. Guys if you aren't doing business with people like this I sure don't know why not. They are so helpful it is unbelievable. They take time to answer questions and are really concerned to help you with whatever needs you have. Special thanks to Scream and Fly for providing a forum to get in touch with great people like this. Thanks once again to all for getting me back on the water!!

I purchased my new boat and motor from Randy Pierson at GPI for just that reason! His knowlege, sevice, and reputation speaks volumes! (Thanks S&F for making me that connection) When doing business I choose the people that say what they do and do what they say, his charactor is second to none... Good luck on the water Bill... (I wish I had more time to get my boat out...)

Steve Hienz is no good thief with a Big Mouth on the phone once he figures out yu know he was trying to rip yur AZZ off.. Luv to threaten and call names!

Then He aint nuthin but a Big _ussy when yu find him 2 yrs later at Jasper and take hizz azz out behind tha Wood shed- then he wants to beg and plzz for yu not to wip his azz.! and say he sorry!

& I want go into some other situation where Steve screwed people who didn't know better on some Merc parts!

I have had dealing with Steve, and all has been good. He has purchased from me and me from him.
Some trades never a problem.
He has givin me some help that worked.
And this is the facts that I have.
I personaly do not know Steve, never met him.
But all has been good.

I've had got luck dealing with Steve ----and Bill Mason thanks for that 22et it was perfect just like you said it was , It just does not hook up like a Yamaha not shure if I want to have it worked on or sell it?
