Hi i need help finding out what year this merc 200 is, have the serial numbers just wondering where i could find out, thanks mike.

hi, i got 2 different numbers off the motor, the first number i got of the top by the fly wheel, the numer is 642253 then i found a number on the midsection wich is 6244580, thanks alot for your help, i greatly appriciate it.

The correct serial # is the one you got off the mid section and by that # it is a 1983 model.
