19'action(gulfstream)merc 2.4 200hp

just bought the boat....great ridding boat if love going CRAZY. the motor is a good running stock 1989 merc 2.4 200hp. on gps w/a 27chopper the fastes its been is 84mph. what does anyone suggest to make this boat go into the 90's. dont want to spend much, but any and every suggestions would be appreciated. :rolleyes:
