I had 300x's with the Sporty's but now I switched to Torquemasters which was suppose to make the boat go faster I had to add a Jackplate's becuase I wasn't getting enough water presuure. I just threw the boat in the water and water pressure was fine I had about 13lbs but I brought up the engines so I can have 10lbs which is the minimum but the boat is porpoising like crazy at high speeds when I trim out. I have the nose cone even with the bottom of the boat but a friend of mine tould me to lower the engines and the porpoising will go away because the boat will carry the bow better is this true won't I lose speed if I do this? I have about a 30 in setback including the Jackplates. The boat is 33ft Avance V bottom weighs about 6,500pds any suggestions?
