Yard trailer dolly.

I have a 12000 lbs dump trailer, used for hauling wood for winter heat and gravels for the road for my house. Also, I have 19.2 ft. Key West center console fishing boat and trailer.
Both sit in my back yard. I would like to move them around from time to time while I am mowing the lawn without hooking them to my truck (PITA).
Does anyone know of or have built an adjustable hight dolly that I could move my trailers around my yard with my garden tractor?

....use garden or yard tractors to move boats around. I have done this too. There is a thread here somewhere about it. My local Johnrude store has a good sized 18HP? hydrostatic tractor with a (trim pump powered) hydraulic trailer ball arm he uses to move stuff around and it works great. :cool:
