I'm new to all this aftermarket outboard racing thing. I recently bought a boat with a cracked cowling and decided to replace it with a Bob's Machine cover. I quickly realized modification to the cover is required. Cutting holes for the cable, trim switch, and water exhaust are the ones I've noticed. Can anyone give me some advice on how to make a professional installation onto my 98 Merc EFI? Where is the best place to install each of the above on this cover. What is the best aftermarket cable cover system and where can it be purchased?:cool:
