Central Florida Hot Boat Meet

There will be a Central Florida Hot Boat Meet on March 16th and 17th on the Alligator Chain of Lakes, St Cloud, FL. Anyone with a performance boat is invited to attend this informal gathering. The meet headquarters will be the Alligator Lakeside Inn on Rt 192. (phone 407 892-3195) Rooms are available at a discounted rate for participants. There is a launch ramp and pavilion with charcoal grills at the Inn.
The Alligator Chain consists of 6 lakes. No speed limits on the open water and no manatees. Plenty of open water to let her air out!

Directions: Interstate 95 to exit 71 (Rt 192) Take Rt 192 West for approximately 36 miles. The Alligator Lake Inn will be on your left.

I have a 24 skater, and my question is about water depth and bridge hieghts? Also I may only be able to come for sunday.what time are you leaving the ramps in the morning? Kirk

After Saturday night I doubt if too many will be leaving the ramp very early Sunday AM! Water depth is no problem. Just trim up near shore. Another 24 skater is coming. Getting under the bridges will be ok, just don't stand up !! From Alligator to Lizzie you have about 5 feet. Looking forward to seeing you there !

The way it seems, HydroStreams might be the most popular boat at the Meet. They seem to be coming from all areas. I hope Raceboat Rus can make the Meet with the Stream he just purchased from me......it will take on all comers, and is possibily the most perfect original Stream in existance.
Kirk...the beer I'm providing will be for Saturday night. You had better bring more gas than beer on Sunday because gas isn't available on the lake, but beer is !!!
