Well I got this off a friend and want to play with the possibility of new graphics ... but wow !!!! How do you even draw a line ( that isn't just with the mouse and pencil tool )
Any help is greatly needed ........ THANKS

Photoshop is really for professionals, and if you're new to graphics design, it will have a very steep learning curve. There are literally thousands of operations that can be performed with Photoshop, and many different ways to do it. Fortunately, there are many resources on the web you can learn from. best program
toughest to use effectively
but results are AWESOME.... ever seen the brooks and dunn video for ROCK MY WORLD little country girl.... one of my clients did all the Special effects frames in photoshop.

Most, if not all professionals use Photoshop. Every graphic you see on this site has been created in Photoshop 6, 7, and CS.

one thing not mensioned is that most pros use MACS as well

Actually, that's not true today. The Windows platform is the most popular. Adobe always releases products and product updates for the Windows platform first.
