bottom paint??????

:confused: :confused: The back half of my daytona's bottom had been bluprinted and all the hooks and bumps taken out.There is no gell coat where they did the work.It looks like they painted a clear over the raw glass,and now the clear is starting to come off. What would be a the best thing to do to the bottom?
