To someone that does web pages all the time this will be easy.. i got involved helping a friend do a web page for her PHD dissertation.. All the page is pretty much done just needs to be converted to web page with form mail to submit a questionaire.. I just can't figure it out and don't really have the time to learn how to do it for just one small webpage...
