Best Way to Set Idle on Laser EFI

Just picked up a efi powerhead - my first. The thing is idled way high to me. Around 1200rpms in neutral in the water. What's the best way to idle it down. It's a '96 200 efi...

mine idled high also. i just made a small turn on the Idle timing screw till it was about 900 in neutral. it only takes a tiny bit to get it, about 1/8 of a turn or less.
