Got a real strange XR4. Running bad. Found 2 cylinders(#4 & #6) firing intermediatly. Started checking spark and found 4 cyls hitting have a short blue spark and the 2 suspect cyls have a 1/2in or more orange spark. Changed #4& #6 coils, changed switch box for that side, changed stator-trigger- other box and wiring harness to coils- checked all grounds and no differance. This motor uses a regulator and a rectifier. Whats going on?
