slow hole shot

I have a 19' blazer with 225 pro max, both 2000 models. 10 inch jackplate, have a tempest 25 and a trophy 26 for it. under tournament load it is slow on take off but tollerable. but when i fill the live wells my partner has to go to the front deck to take off. Have same problem with with both props. any suggestions on how to fix this?

on the four blade remove the cavation plugs and see if that help. then the fill between the prop hub and the gear case. finally try doel fins.

what is your mota hieght in relation to the pad?
