I have a 280 ss race ecu. At idle in neutral, the engine surges to 2500 rpm then back to 900. It doesn't do it all of the time, and it doesn't do it at all in gear. The fact that it doesn't always do it leads me to believe it isn't an intake leak. It doesn't matter if the engine is warm or cold. I think it may be electrical What specifically should I look for?
