I have an older style Mercury Chopper 14 1/2 X 26 with weed cutters.
The splines were cut to fit an OMC shaft ( Year 2000 3.0L Johnson ) .
I'm having problems finding the right thrust washer. The Mercury thrust washer I have ( 13191 ) will not go far enough in and the OMC one won't work due to the weed cutters.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try 2 thrust washers.

Your prop shaft is 1.06" so I expect the Merc washer will not slide all the way down to the taper. Plus the taper angle would not be correct. I probably have one to fit but will have to check tonight to see. You have the old style Mercury chopper with flat face and weed cutters?

Thanks Barry,
Yes, I have the old style one with the flat face and cutters.
It would be great if you could dig out the right thrust washer.
If so please advise Mercury part number and I can see if I can get it here.

Art - I couldn't find any old style Merc washers in my stuff and they don't seem to list anything on parts express for the old props. It isn't the best, but you can run the Flo-Torq washer (12-835467-008). The reduced diameter on the face doesn't support the prop as well but I have seen it done. I think that may be the only washer available from Mercury for the 1991+ Johnson/Evinrude V6. Maybe you should check with the propellor folks at Mercury Racing. I expect they still service the old props and hardware and they should know.
Prop shops should have something.
Or I custom make them as a hobby. Send me a PM for details if you don't find anything that will work.

I used an OMC thurst washer and then a 1" ID stainless washer over it. The only reason I need the washer was so the threads would tighten with the standard Merc tab washer and nyloc nut. I'm running a crossflow V6
Or, maybe try this:
