CAN ANY BODY HELP???? NOT Fuel pump, Then what?

OK, Tried new fuel pump, Tried a Mechanical RApar TPI, Differant ECU, ****! Still will not rap up above 2000 Rpm's! Can anybody help? 2.5 EFI 260. Great cond!!!!

PS, I did find ear wax looking stuff blocking the vac fitting of the ECU at the horn, blocking almost all air flow.........

Stator maybe? Need more info. Saw a similar problem along time ago. Harness to ecu plug wouldn't connect properly, replaced harness(friend had one) and it worked fine. I don't think the was ecu could get enough input through the bad harness to make things work right. Probably won't help but its something to look at. Good Luck

if its not turning over 2,000 you need to change the stator. the high speed windings are bad.

Had Stator checked out today have not heard answer, The nut conection to ECU is stripped but seams to click in good. I am pulling to WestLake Friday & see if I can find the answer through ODBA!
