Posting Pictures???

After I upload the photos in "manage attachments" how do I get them to the post???

Once you select the image(s) to be uploaded, just select "upload", then close the window. Remember that your images cannot be larger than 100KB and 640 pixels wide or tall.

GREG THAT IS EASIES SAID THAN DONE...you and others may understand the KB size and the X 640 but alot of us out there really do not understand how to acomplish this. i know that when i send them through my e mail that tells me the KB size and it says that they should meet the requirements of S&F but still I try to post them and it says file is to big.
hopefully you can try to help the guys that are having trouble getting pictures up
