Come all the Aussies/kiwis on here, post pics of yours or any local performance/ski boats.

Heres my Bullet 1650, with the old motor, a carb 150 V6. Will get some pics of the new setup soon.

...its all about the money. At least four times I thought I had it all, and got all excited, but in the end I had to use it on other things (mostly business but I have moved house as well). I'm finalizing a deal this coming week that should cover it! One way or another it will be done this year.

How's your Viking project going?

My project is moving very slowly, mainly due to lack of time, I'm stuck in other things, other jobs and work, taking up my V-king time. But I do hope to have it water ready this year.

I'm very interested as I'm sure many others are to see yor project completed.
Do you plan to make these available for sale, in kits or complte engines?
Will the parts be available to convert a regular mazda rotary?

Can't wait to see how this performs, great project.

Extreme Marine Concepts is the company name, I only hope to make enough money to cover the R&D costs so I can move to the next stage, a purpose duilt mid section.

The kit will include everything necessary to bolt on a Mazda rotary. Which one, and how tuned is up to the individual. 12b, 13b, 20b, Renesis, they all fit the same bell housing.

Lake Trash, you win ;)

What was the top end speed, did you break the record?

Ken was just making exibition passes. He did not say anything about speed but if past exibition runs are a guide, he was in the 150 to 170 range.

There will be no record attempt this year - no water in the lake he wants to use.

Cobalti,

Any updates on the Rotor outboard? I am very intersted to see how it goes, being a huge Rotary fan. It would be the only reason id remove the merc on my boat!

Here it is

I'm at the stage, that when I organize the money, every thing will move very quickly. The long tedious time consuming work of making the patterns for the bell housing is over. I have already invested over AU$20000.00 into this project, and I am determined to finish it.
