Nitro bass boat set up

Im gonna put a 200 on my buddy's '95 18' Nitro bass boat. The boat has a 115 on it now and its a pig. Any advice on props and set back?

i would think a 6" JP and a 24-25p Trophy or Tempest Plus would be a good place to start. Judging from what I've seen others run. What gears does it have?

Edit: I looked up the hull weight and rated hp on that boat and it shows only to be rated for a 125 hp. That's hard to believe, most 18' boats are rated for 150+. The boat weighs a little over 1200 lbs. You may be able to turn a 27-28. That thing should fly:eek: with a 200 if you can keep a handle on it. Tell your friend to be ready.....
