hey everyone, im soooo psyked cause i got a sweet boat that will be great once i get it running and set up right.. even though its by far not gonna be the fastest boat on the lake,i had to get it cause the boat is gorgeous and should do great even out on the approx 6mile wide part of the lake, even on its roughest day. its a 22' baha sport with a (supposed to be) 2.5. its the nicest looking baha ive ever seen and has a very shallow cuddy-its not like the big super deep super heavy tanks i see all the time on the lake but its deeper then any hydrostream or similar hull.. the guy we got it from said it did about 70mph... also got a whole bunch of parts with it which i am gonna be listing tomm and the next couple of days ,some for trade and the rest $$.....ill post some pics tomm morning...later,
sean

cool liqui-fly, i think we just gotta put a piston, rings and of course a light hone and from what ive seen we should be set, but i havent seen the bottom of the cylinder yet so i could be mistaken(fingers crossed!!)...

your welcome over anytime. i am about 1/4mi away, towards mayfield from sport island if you want to stop in, theres a little cove, u can park at any of the docks in there and just go up the steps to the back and right. all my neighbors are really nice people and would guide you in the right direction, ask for sean

well, i just got the piston out and boy, its not looking good. ripped a big hole in the sleeve, im thinking its from the pin but whatever, there is metal all over in there...the rod is bent at the top inch and a half and the piston skirt is gone. suks cause the other 5cylinders look great. im gonna try and find a 2.5 block or a 2.4 but whatever has the best price.. i think the guy had the engine mounted too high cause i took a straight edge off the bottom of the hull and the water intakes are almost all the way above it.. it has a 2' stainless marine setback so the water level is prob a little higher then that but, how much i dont know and theres no water pressure guage.. heres a pic of the boat and stuff, didnt get one of the piston yet but its a doozie for sure....lol, oh well we'll get it...

oh, and i had to play with these pics just to get them on here so they are not the best
